When I joined Skin Clique, the company was entering a critical growth phase. Expansion was accelerating, new markets were opening, and brand perception needed to mature alongside the business.
As Marketing Director, I led the company through its first major rebrand — serving as the internal brand steward while partnering with external agencies SMAKK and Lower Westside Design Company.
This was not a cosmetic update. It was a structural evolution.
The challenge was twofold:

Create a scalable system that empowered over 900 independent medical professionals to market themselves consistently and effectively under the brand umbrella.
